नई दिल्ली: पश्चिम एशिया (Mid-East) में लगातार बढ़ते तनाव के बीच, भारत ने होर्मुज़ जलडमरूमध्य (Strait of Hormuz) में भारतीय नाविकों (Seafarers) की सुरक्षा को लेकर गहरी चिंता व्यक्त की है। विदेश मंत्रालय (MEA) ने हाल ही में वाणिज्यिक जहाजों (Commercial Ships) पर हुए हमलों की सख्त शब्दों में निंदा की है। सरकार ने स्पष्ट किया है कि इन हमलों से भारतीय नागरिकों की सुरक्षा सीधे तौर पर प्रभावित हुई है, जिसे लेकर भारत ने अपना कड़ा विरोध दर्ज कराया है।
विदेश मंत्रालय से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, हमले का शिकार बने दोनों जहाजों पर भारतीय नाविक तैनात थे। इस दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना में एक जहाज पर मौजूद भारतीय नागरिक की मौत हो गई, जबकि कई अन्य भारतीय गंभीर रूप से घायल हुए हैं। मंत्रालय ने मृतक के शोक संतप्त परिजनों के प्रति गहरी संवेदना व्यक्त की है और घायलों के जल्द से जल्द स्वस्थ होने की कामना की है।
ईरानी दूतावास के उप प्रमुख तलब, भारत ने दर्ज कराया कड़ा विरोध
इस गंभीर मामले पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए भारत सरकार ने नई दिल्ली स्थित ईरानी दूतावास के उप प्रमुख (Deputy Chief of Mission) को तलब किया और घटना पर अपना कड़ा विरोध (Demarche) दर्ज कराया। विदेश मंत्रालय ने दोटूक शब्दों में कहा कि:
“अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुद्री मार्गों पर व्यापारिक जहाजों और निहत्थे नाविकों को निशाना बनाना पूरी तरह से अस्वीकार्य है। इस तरह के हिंसक हमले तत्काल प्रभाव से बंद होने चाहिए।”
सरकार ने यह भी आश्वस्त किया है कि विदेश मंत्रालय, भारतीय दूतावास और संबंधित राजनयिक मिशन प्रभावित नाविकों और उनके परिवारों की हरसंभव मदद के लिए स्थानीय अधिकारियों के साथ लगातार संपर्क बनाए हुए हैं।
शांति और सुरक्षित नौवहन की अपील
भारत ने क्षेत्र के सभी पक्षों से हिंसा का रास्ता छोड़ने, तनाव को कम करने और तुरंत बातचीत की मेज पर लौटने की अपील की है, ताकि इस रणनीतिक क्षेत्र में शांति व स्थिरता बहाल हो सके और अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुद्री व्यापार बिना किसी बाधा के सामान्य रूप से चल सके।
गौरतलब है कि होर्मुज़ जलडमरूमध्य दुनिया के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण और संवेदनशील समुद्री व्यापारिक मार्गों में से एक है। यहाँ बढ़ता तनाव न केवल नाविकों की सुरक्षा बल्कि वैश्विक ऊर्जा आपूर्ति (गैस और तेल) और अंतरराष्ट्रीय व्यापार के लिए भी बड़ा खतरा बन गया है। भारत ने एक बार फिर दोहराया है कि अंतरराष्ट्रीय जलमार्गों पर निर्बाध और सुरक्षित नौवहन (Safe Navigation) सुनिश्चित करना दुनिया के सभी देशों की साझा जिम्मेदारी है।
