नई दिल्ली: NEET-UG 2026 पेपर लीक मामले की जांच में केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (CBI) ने बड़ा खुलासा किया है। CBI की चार्जशीट के मुताबिक, परीक्षा से जुड़े कुछ विषय विशेषज्ञों ने कथित तौर पर प्रश्नपत्र हासिल कर उन्हें याद किया और बाद में अपने सहयोगियों के साथ मिलकर सवालों को दोबारा तैयार किया। जांच एजेंसी के अनुसार, इस पूरे मामले में पेपर लीक का तरीका बेहद साधारण था, लेकिन इसके पीछे एक संगठित नेटवर्क काम कर रहा था।
CBI की जांच के अनुसार, नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी (NTA) से जुड़े तीन विषय विशेषज्ञ कथित तौर पर प्रश्नपत्र लीक करने में शामिल थे। आरोप है कि उन्होंने आर्थिक लाभ के लिए परीक्षा से पहले सवालों की जानकारी हासिल की। इसके बाद सवालों को याद कर लिया गया और उन्हें कागज पर दोबारा तैयार किया गया, ताकि मूल प्रश्नपत्र की डिजिटल या फोटोकॉपी के रूप में कोई सीधा सबूत न बचे।
जांच में यह भी सामने आया कि लीक हुए सवालों को आगे उम्मीदवारों तक पहुंचाने के लिए बिचौलियों और अन्य लोगों का नेटवर्क इस्तेमाल किया गया। कुछ उम्मीदवारों को इन सवालों की जानकारी कथित तौर पर पहले से उपलब्ध कराई गई थी। CBI ने अपनी चार्जशीट में विशेषज्ञों, कोचिंग से जुड़े लोगों, बिचौलियों और लाभार्थी उम्मीदवारों समेत 13 आरोपियों को शामिल किया है।
CBI ने चार्जशीट के साथ डिजिटल फॉरेंसिक रिपोर्ट, हैंडराइटिंग एक्सपर्ट की राय और लीक हुए सवालों से संबंधित अकादमिक विशेषज्ञों की रिपोर्ट भी संलग्न की है। जांच एजेंसी ने कुल 360 गवाहों, 422 दस्तावेजों और 43 भौतिक साक्ष्यों का उल्लेख किया है।
इस मामले ने देश की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण मेडिकल प्रवेश परीक्षा की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था और प्रश्नपत्र की गोपनीयता पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े किए हैं। पेपर लीक के बाद NTA ने परीक्षा से जुड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था मजबूत करने के लिए करीब 7.5 करोड़ रुपये का सुरक्षा टेंडर भी जारी किया है।
CBI की जांच से यह संकेत मिलता है कि परीक्षा प्रणाली में तकनीकी सुरक्षा के साथ-साथ अंदरूनी स्तर पर गोपनीय जानकारी तक पहुंच रखने वाले लोगों की निगरानी भी उतनी ही महत्वपूर्ण है। NEET जैसी राष्ट्रीय स्तर की परीक्षा में किसी भी तरह की अनियमितता लाखों छात्रों की मेहनत और भविष्य को प्रभावित कर सकती है।
