नई दिल्ली: राजधानी दिल्ली में अब यात्रियों के लिए एक नया और भरोसेमंद कैब विकल्प उपलब्ध हो गया है। ‘भारत टैक्सी’ सेवा की शुरुआत दिल्ली में कर दी गई है। यह एक सरकार समर्थित और सहकारी मॉडल पर आधारित टैक्सी सेवा है, जिसका उद्देश्य यात्रियों को पारदर्शी किराया, बेहतर सुरक्षा और ड्राइवरों को न्यायसंगत कमाई सुनिश्चित करना है।
भारत टैक्सी सेवा को इस तरह डिजाइन किया गया है कि इसमें सर्ज प्राइसिंग नहीं होगी, यानी पीक टाइम या अधिक मांग के समय किराया अचानक नहीं बढ़ेगा। इससे यात्रियों को किफायती दरों पर सफर करने में आसानी होगी। साथ ही, ड्राइवरों को कम या शून्य कमीशन मॉडल का लाभ मिलेगा, जिससे उनकी आय पर सकारात्मक असर पड़ेगा।
इस सेवा का उपयोग मोबाइल ऐप के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है, जिसे गूगल प्ले स्टोर और एप्पल ऐप स्टोर से डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है। ऐप पर रजिस्ट्रेशन के बाद यूजर टैक्सी बुक कर सकते हैं, किराए की जानकारी पहले ही देख सकते हैं और डिजिटल भुगतान का विकल्प भी चुन सकते हैं। सुरक्षा के लिहाज से ऐप में ड्राइवर का वेरिफिकेशन, लाइव लोकेशन ट्रैकिंग और इमरजेंसी बटन जैसी सुविधाएं दी गई हैं।
फिलहाल यह सेवा दिल्ली में पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के तौर पर शुरू की गई है, लेकिन आने वाले समय में इसे दिल्ली-एनसीआर और अन्य प्रमुख शहरों तक विस्तार देने की योजना है। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि भारत टैक्सी से न केवल यात्रियों को एक भरोसेमंद और सस्ती कैब सेवा मिलेगी, बल्कि टैक्सी ड्राइवरों को भी आत्मनिर्भर बनने में मदद मिलेगी।
भारत टैक्सी की शुरुआत को देश में परिवहन व्यवस्था को अधिक समावेशी, पारदर्शी और उपभोक्ता-हितैषी बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम माना जा रहा है।
