नई दिल्ली: भारत में ‘भारत टैक्सी’ नामक नई टैक्सी सेवा का औपचारिक शुभारंभ किया गया, जिसे देश की पहली सरकार-समर्थित सहकारी राइड‑हेलिंग सेवा के रूप में पेश किया गया है। केंद्रीय गृह और सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह ने दिल्ली‑NCR में कार्यक्रम के दौरान इसका उद्घाटन किया। यह सेवा एक सहकारी मॉडल पर आधारित है, जिसमें ड्राइवर मिलकर इसे चलाते हैं और लाभ‑शेयरिंग मॉडल के तहत उनकी आमदनी बढ़ाने का प्रयास किया जाता है।
भारत टैक्सी न्यूनतम कमीशन, सर्ज प्राइसिंग से मुक्त ढांचा और पारदर्शी किराया प्रदान करती है, जिससे यात्रियों को किफायती और भरोसेमंद यात्रा का विकल्प मिलता है। शुरुआत में इसे दिल्ली‑NCR और गुजरात में लागू किया गया है और अगले तीन सालों में इसे पूरे देश में फैलाने की योजना है।
पारंपरिक निजी कैब सेवाओं के विपरीत, जहां कंपनियाँ ड्राइवरों से कमीशन लेती हैं, भारत टैक्सी में ऐसा नहीं है, जिससे ड्राइवरों को अधिक कमाई मिलती है। सर्ज प्राइसिंग हटाने और पारदर्शी किराया लागू करने से यात्रियों को सस्ता और भरोसेमंद विकल्प मिलेगा।
यह सेवा देश की प्रमुख सहकारी संस्थाओं के सहयोग से संचालित की जा रही है और इससे डिजिटल मोबिलिटी, सहकारिता क्षेत्र और नागरिक-केंद्रित मोबिलिटी समाधान को बढ़ावा मिलने की उम्मीद है।
इस पहल से टैक्सी‑सेवा व्यवसाय में प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ने का अनुमान है और ओला‑उबर जैसे प्लेटफॉर्म्स के बीच एक सस्ता तथा न्यायसंगत विकल्प उपलब्ध होगा।
