
New Delhi: Winpe, a platform dedicated to advancing gender diversity in investing, has welcomed global advisory firm Sheffield Haworth as the Knowledge Partner for its flagship initiative, the Winpe ProClub Mentorship Program. The collaboration aims to strengthen opportunities for high-potential women in private equity, venture capital, and portfolio companies.
Launched in 2020, ProClub is a year-long mentorship program that pairs women professionals with senior leaders from leading investment firms. Over five cohorts, it has supported 59 women professionals through guidance from 29 senior leaders across 46 firms, with nearly 76% of participants reporting measurable career growth.
