नई दिल्ली: देश की सबसे बड़ी एयरलाइन इंडिगो पिछले कई दिनों से गंभीर संचालन संकट का सामना कर रही है। शनिवार और रविवार को दिल्ली, मुंबई सहित देश के प्रमुख हवाई अड्डों पर बड़ी संख्या में उड़ानें रद्द होने से यात्रियों में भारी आक्रोश देखने को मिला। कई यात्रियों ने लंबी लाइनों, घंटों की देरी और रद्दीकरण के बाद उचित जानकारी न मिलने की शिकायत की।
इंडिगो की ओर से बताया गया कि क्रू की अनुपलब्धता और अचानक बढ़े परिचालन दबाव के कारण उड़ानें रद्द की गईं। एयरलाइन ने प्रभावित यात्रियों से माफी मांगते हुए कहा कि उन्हें फुल रिफंड, फ्री रीबुकिंग और अन्य सहायता सुविधाएँ दी जा रही हैं। एयरलाइन प्रबंधन ने आश्वासन दिया कि स्थिति को जल्द सामान्य किया जाएगा।
उधर, नागरिक उड्डयन महानिदेशालय (DGCA) ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए इंडिगो के सीईओ पीटर एल्बर्स को शो-कॉज नोटिस जारी किया है और 24 घंटे के भीतर विस्तृत स्पष्टीकरण मांगा है। DGCA ने कहा कि यात्रियों को असुविधा से बचाना एयरलाइन की जिम्मेदारी है, और ऐसे मामलों को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।
यात्रियों की बढ़ती शिकायतों और सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहे वीडियो के बीच, सरकार ने एयरलाइन से तुरंत सुधारात्मक कदम उठाने को कहा है। हवाई अड्डों पर भीड़ को नियंत्रित करने और यात्री सहायता डेस्क को मजबूत करने के निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं।
इंडिगो ने कहा है कि वह सभी यात्रियों को समय पर सहायता उपलब्ध कराने और सेवाओं को शीघ्र बहाल करने के लिए लगातार काम कर रही है। कंपनी ने उम्मीद जताई कि आने वाले दिनों में उड़ान संचालन सामान्य स्थिति में लौट आएगा।
