महाकुंभ 2025: उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी सरकार कल महाकुंभ के आयोजन स्थल पर मौजूद थी। सीएम योगी की अध्यक्षता में एक महत्वपूर्ण कैबिनेट बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसमें राज्य में बड़े बदलाव की दिशा तय करते हुए 17 प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दी गई। इस बैठक में सबसे अहम निर्णय विंध्य एक्सप्रेस-वे की स्वीकृति रहा, इसके अलावा 3 जिलों में नए मेडिकल कॉलेजों की स्थापना की घोषणा की गई।
योगी कैबिनेट द्वारा स्वीकृत प्रमुख प्रस्तावों में शामिल हैं:
- भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2023 की धारा 20 के अंतर्गत अभियोजन निदेशालय की स्थापना से संबंधित प्रस्ताव की मंजूरी।
- प्रयागराज, वाराणसी और आगरा नगर निगम के लिए म्युनिसिपल बांड निर्गत करने और अवस्थापना विकास निधि के लिए धनराशि की उपलब्धता की मंजूरी।
- टाटा टेक्नोलॉजी लिमिटेड के सहयोग से प्रदेश के 62 राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों का उन्नयन और 5 CIIIT सेंटर की स्थापना।
- हाथरस, बागपत और कासगंज में मेडिकल कॉलेज की स्थापना के लिए भारत सरकार की वायबिलिटी गैप फंडिंग के तहत PPP मोड में निविदादाता का चयन।
- बलरामपुर में स्वशासी राज्य चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय की स्थापना और बलरामपुर के संयुक्त चिकित्सालय का निशुल्क हस्तांतरण।
- स्वामी विवेकानंद युवा सशक्तिकरण योजना के तहत स्मार्टफोन वितरण के लिए बिड अभिलेख की मंजूरी।
- प्रदेश में औद्योगिक इकाइयों के लिए विशेष सुविधाएं और रियायतें देने के लिए औद्योगिक निवेश प्रोत्साहन नीति 2022 के तहत प्रस्ताव की स्वीकृति।
इसके अलावा, प्रमुख निर्णयों में प्रयागराज-चित्रकूट डेवलपमेंट रीजन, गंगा एक्सप्रेस-वे का विस्तार, वाराणसी से सोनभद्र को जोड़ने वाले एक्सप्रेस-वे और प्रयागराज में नए पुल के निर्माण को मंजूरी दी गई है।
महाकुंभ के दौरान बैठक में किसानों के लिए खुशखबरी भी आई। रायपुर और रहनकलां के किसानों को 15 साल से लंबित मुआवजे का रास्ता साफ कर दिया गया। अब इन किसानों को अनुग्रह धनराशि के रूप में चार गुणा मुआवजा मिलेगा। इसके साथ ही एडीए को आवासीय योजनाओं के लिए लैंड बैंक मिलेगा, जिससे सुनियोजित विकास और रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ेंगे।
राज्य सरकार ने न्यायालय में मुकदमों के त्वरित निस्तारण और दोषियों के खिलाफ सजा का प्रतिशत बढ़ाने के लिए अभियोजन निदेशालय की स्थापना को भी मंजूरी दी। यह निदेशालय प्रत्येक जिले में जिला अभियोजन निदेशालय के रूप में कार्य करेगा, जिसके प्रमुख अभियोजन निदेशक होंगे और वे गृह विभाग के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में काम करेंगे।
