नई दिल्ली: NEET-UG परीक्षा में पेपर लीक और परीक्षा व्यवस्था से जुड़ी गड़बड़ियों के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी (NTA) की कार्यप्रणाली में सुधार की जरूरत पर गंभीरता जताई है। अदालत में NTA से जुड़े सुधारों और परीक्षा प्रक्रिया को अधिक सुरक्षित और पारदर्शी बनाने की मांग वाली याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई हुई।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने NEET मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान NTA की कार्यप्रणाली पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि पिछली घटनाओं से पर्याप्त सबक नहीं लिया गया है। अदालत ने केंद्र सरकार को परीक्षा व्यवस्था में सुधार से जुड़ी याचिकाओं पर जवाब देने के लिए नोटिस भी जारी किया।
2027 से कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा की तैयारी
परीक्षा व्यवस्था में बदलाव की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम NEET-UG को कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (CBT) में बदलना है। NTA ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को बताया है कि NEET-UG को 2027 से कंप्यूटर आधारित मोड में आयोजित करने की तैयारी की जा रही है। इसका उद्देश्य परीक्षा प्रक्रिया को अधिक सुरक्षित, पारदर्शी और तकनीक आधारित बनाना है।
इसके अलावा, केंद्र सरकार ने परीक्षा सुधार, साइबर सुरक्षा और डिजिटल सुरक्षा उपायों की समीक्षा के लिए नंदन नीलेकणि की अध्यक्षता में एक उच्चस्तरीय समिति गठित की है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा की मांग वाली याचिका को NTA में संरचनात्मक सुधार से जुड़ी अन्य लंबित याचिकाओं के साथ सुनने का निर्देश दिया है।
सिर्फ परीक्षा रद्द करना समाधान नहीं
NEET विवाद ने देश की सबसे बड़ी मेडिकल प्रवेश परीक्षा की विश्वसनीयता और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े किए हैं। ऐसे में चर्चा अब केवल पेपर लीक की जांच या परीक्षा दोबारा कराने तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि पूरी परीक्षा प्रणाली में लंबे समय के सुधार पर केंद्रित हो रही है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी केंद्र से यह स्पष्ट करने को कहा है कि राष्ट्रीय स्तर की परीक्षा को हर साल किस तरह सुरक्षित और विश्वसनीय तरीके से आयोजित किया जाएगा।
परीक्षा प्रणाली में तकनीक और सुरक्षा पर जोर
नई व्यवस्था में साइबर सुरक्षा, डिजिटल निगरानी, प्रश्नपत्रों की सुरक्षा और परीक्षा केंद्रों की निगरानी जैसे पहलुओं को मजबूत करने पर जोर है। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा की ओर बढ़ना पेपर की भौतिक आवाजाही और उससे जुड़े जोखिमों को कम कर सकता है, हालांकि इसके लिए देशभर में मजबूत डिजिटल बुनियादी ढांचे और समान स्तर की परीक्षा सुविधाओं की जरूरत होगी।
NEET विवाद के बाद यह स्पष्ट हो गया है कि देश में मेडिकल शिक्षा के विस्तार के साथ प्रवेश परीक्षाओं की विश्वसनीयता बनाए रखना भी उतना ही जरूरी है। आने वाले समय में NTA सुधार, डिजिटल परीक्षा प्रणाली और बेहतर साइबर सुरक्षा उपाय इस बदलाव के प्रमुख हिस्से बन सकते हैं।
