New Delhi: Homegrown AI-driven beauty platform Kult is targeting 10,000 daily orders by the end of 2025 while significantly expanding its product catalogue. Currently hosting 250 beauty brands, Kult plans to scale to 40,000 SKUs next year, with 40% available exclusively on its platform, aimed at attracting niche and hard-to-find beauty products.

Founder Karishma Singh emphasized, “Our goal is not just to create another beauty marketplace—we’re building a discovery-first, experience-rich platform tailored to individual beauty needs.”

Kult’s operations already span 6,000 PIN codes across India. To enable faster deliveries, it will expand its warehousing network to 10 key cities, beyond its current Delhi-NCR base. The platform reports an Average Order Value of Rs 2,800, surpassing the industry average of Rs 1,900, with order volumes doubling month-on-month. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities are expected to be major growth drivers.

A standout feature is Kult’s “Perfume Trial at Home”, allowing users to test vials before full-size purchase, paired with AI-driven skin and preference matching tools to enhance satisfaction and conversion.

To support its expansion, Kult recently raised $20 million, led by M3M Family Office, funding technology upgrades, product innovation, brand collaborations, and operational growth.
