New Delhi: भारत में रिन्यूएबल एनर्जी के क्षेत्र में विकास की रफ्तार लगातार बढ़ रही है। गुरुवार को जारी एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, चालू वित्त वर्ष के पहले पांच महीनों (अप्रैल-अगस्त) में कुल 27 गीगावाट रिन्यूएबल एनर्जी क्षमता जोड़ी गई, जिसमें अगस्त तक 20 गीगावाट क्षमता स्थापित की गई। सेंट्रल इलेक्ट्रिसिटी अथॉरिटी (सीईए) के अनुसार, 142 गीगावाट क्षमता विभिन्न चरणों में निर्माणाधीन है। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि राज्य-स्तरीय ट्रांसमिशन लाइनों के कमीशनिंग में धीरे-धीरे प्रगति होने से रिन्यूएबल प्रोजेक्ट की स्थापना में भी तेजी आने की उम्मीद है। इसके अलावा, हाल के मर्जर और अधिग्रहण तथा रिन्यूएबल डेवलपर्स की संभावित लिस्टिंग से अधिक पूंजी उपलब्ध होने के कारण कमीशनिंग प्रक्रिया और तेज़ हो सकती है।
रिपोर्ट में यह भी बताया गया है कि इनोवेटिव टेंडर के माध्यम से ऊर्जा भंडारण की लागत घट रही है, जिससे रिन्यूएबल पावर की स्वीकार्यता बढ़ रही है। सोलर प्लस एनर्जी स्टोरेज सिस्टम की लागत अब रिकॉर्ड स्तर पर कम हो गई है, और हाल ही में सोलर प्लस स्टोरेज टेंडर में टैरिफ 2.7-2.76 रुपए/किलोवाट प्रति घंटा कम दर्ज किया गया। टेंडर की शर्तों के अनुसार, डेवलपर्स को सौर समय के अलावा सुबह और शाम के पीक घंटों में दो-दो घंटे बिजली और भंडारण उपलब्ध कराना होगा। हालांकि टैरिफ से लाभप्रदता पर कुछ चिंता बनी हुई है, लेकिन इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर पर बचत, भूमि अधिग्रहण का कम जोखिम और सुबह के पीक समय में मुफ्त बिजली के कारण डेवलपर्स सामान्य रिटर्न हासिल कर सकते हैं।
रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, पिछले दो वर्षों में भारत ने 90 गीगावाट से अधिक रिन्यूएबल एनर्जी नीलामी की, लेकिन इसका बड़ा हिस्सा बिजली खरीद समझौते (पीपीए) में शामिल नहीं हुआ, जिससे डेवलपर्स और निवेशकों के लिए इन लेटर ऑफ अवॉर्ड के मूल्य को लेकर अनिश्चितता बनी हुई है। इसके अलावा, भारत ने 11.4 गीगावाट के रिन्यूएबल टेंडर रद्द कर दिए हैं, जिनमें कम भागीदारी या अधिक टैरिफ थे। रिपोर्ट में यह भी कहा गया है कि देश में बिजली की कुल मांग अगले महीने बढ़ने की संभावना है। सितंबर 2025 की तुलना में इस महीने बिजली की मांग पहले ही अधिक है, और मौसम के पूर्वानुमान, कड़ाके की ठंड और औद्योगिक गतिविधियों में अपेक्षित तेजी को देखते हुए, अक्टूबर के आखिर या नवंबर की शुरुआत में मांग में और वृद्धि होने की संभावना है।
