New Delhi: Goldi Solar, India’s largest solar PV module manufacturer, is creating new opportunities for youth through its nationwide job fair initiative – Knock-RE 2025. Since its launch in Surat on June 1, the fair has provided over 2,000 employment opportunities, with more than 1,000 jobs going to freshers.

The job fair has successfully covered key cities like Jaipur, Noida, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, and will now reach Rajkot on July 20. A unique aspect of this initiative is that 70% of the company’s workforce comes from tribal communities, highlighting Goldi Solar’s commitment to inclusivity and diversity.

Capt. Ishver Dholakiya, Founder and MD of Goldi Solar, said, “Through Knock-RE 2025, we are investing in the potential of Indian youth, offering hands-on experience in solar manufacturing. This not only strengthens our workforce but also supports the vision of a self-reliant India by creating sustainable job opportunities.”
