DevAssure, the innovative developer tools startup transforming software testing with autonomous AI-driven orchestration, has secured a pre-seed funding round led by Eximius Ventures. The investment will accelerate DevAssure’s go-to-market expansion and enhance its AI-powered platform, which seamlessly turns Figma mockups and live code into fully automated, self-repairing test suites—eliminating the need for scripting, hand-offs, and delays.

Founded in 2024 by Badri Varadarajan, Divya Manohar, and Santhosh Selladurai—key architects of Ally.io’s release engineering stack before its acquisition by Microsoft—DevAssure addresses persistent challenges with brittle automation and slow release cycles. The platform deploys a coordinated network of AI agents that analyze design intent, review code, and continuously generate, execute, and maintain tests within the developer’s integrated development environment (IDE) and continuous integration (CI) pipeline. This creates an evolving safety net that adapts to modern software shipping speeds.
“In the era of AI, software quality shouldn’t slow down development—it should be an inherent part of the engineering process,” said Divya Manohar, Co-Founder and CEO of DevAssure. “We designed DevAssure to reimagine testing as an intelligent, invisible layer that evolves alongside your code, designs, and development team.”
“Software testing has always struggled to balance speed with reliability, and the complexity of manual script maintenance only widens that gap,” explained Preeti N Sampat, Partner at Eximius Ventures. “DevAssure bridges this divide by integrating autonomous test agents directly into the developer workflow. With their proven expertise at eBay and Microsoft, Badri, Divya, and Santhosh are well-positioned to lead the shift from testing as an afterthought to an always-on orchestration layer. We’re excited to support their mission to enable friction-free, developer-centric software quality.”
Early rollouts in fintech and SaaS sectors have drastically reduced test creation time, cutting it from days to hours, and decreased maintenance efforts by over 80%. The new funding will fuel the expansion of DevAssure’s AI-agent framework, introduce additional integrations for more IDEs and CI/CD pipelines, and strengthen sales and customer success teams across India and the US.
