New Delhi: Amicco, a rapidly growing B2B automotive marketplace, has announced the successful closure of a $1 million seed funding round led by Eximius Ventures, with additional backing from FJ Labs and other strategic investors. This funding will fuel Amicco’s mission to revolutionize spare parts sourcing for independent garages across India’s fragmented automotive aftermarket sector.

Founded in 2024 by Vivek Aalok, a former Wall Street banker and early team member at Spinny, Amicco aims to eliminate inefficiencies in automotive spare parts procurement through a tech-driven, transparent, and reliable platform. The company provides independent garages with access to a wide network of verified suppliers, ensuring consistent pricing, real-time availability, and reduced downtime.

“Addressing the persistent inefficiencies in spare parts sourcing is a clear market need,” said Vivek Aalok, Founder & CEO of Amicco. “We believe that technology can unlock enormous value for small and mid-sized garages operating in a highly disorganized market. We are grateful to Eximius Ventures and our investors for believing in our vision and backing our journey.”

Eximius Ventures, a leading early-stage venture fund, recognized the platform’s potential to streamline procurement and bring much-needed digitization to India’s automobile service ecosystem.

“Amicco is solving a major pain point in the automotive aftermarket by enabling garages to easily and efficiently source spare parts,” said Preeti N Sampat, Partner at Eximius Ventures. “Vivek’s deep industry expertise and operational experience give him a strong advantage. We’re excited to support Amicco as part of our Fund 2 portfolio and look forward to their continued growth.”

The newly raised capital will be used to scale Amicco’s operations in Gurgaon and key cities, enhance its technology infrastructure, onboard a high-performing team, and strengthen its go-to-market strategy. With the goal of becoming the backbone for India’s independent garages, Amicco plans to unlock new levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction in vehicle servicing.

Amicco is already making inroads in the Gurgaon automotive ecosystem, empowering local garages with a smarter, more reliable procurement experience. As it scales, the startup envisions becoming the go-to digital partner for spare parts sourcing across India.
