नई दिल्ली: केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने हाल ही में घोषणा की है कि छत्तीसगढ़ का बस्तर क्षेत्र, जो कभी नक्सलवाद का सबसे अभेद्य किला माना जाता था, अब लगभग नक्सल मुक्त हो चुका है। सरकार की यह महत्वपूर्ण सफलता एक सुविचारित त्रि-स्तरीय रणनीति-सख्त सुरक्षा अभियान, तीव्र विकास कार्य और स्थानीय जनता से जुड़ाव का परिणाम है। गृह मंत्री के अनुसार, पहले चरण में सुरक्षा बलों ने नक्सलियों के ठिकानों पर निर्णायक प्रहार किए, जबकि दूसरे चरण में सड़क, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाओं को अंतिम छोर तक पहुँचाया गया।
रणनीति के तीसरे और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव के रूप में स्थानीय आदिवासियों के बीच विश्वास बहाली पर जोर दिया गया, जिससे वे मुख्यधारा से जुड़ने के लिए प्रेरित हुए। नक्सलियों के कमजोर पड़ते ढांचे और बड़े पैमाने पर हो रहे आत्मसमर्पण ने इस बदलाव को और गति दी है। सरकार अब बस्तर में स्थायी शांति और आर्थिक सुदृढ़ीकरण पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर रही है, ताकि यह क्षेत्र सामाजिक रूप से भी आत्मनिर्भर बन सके।
हालांकि विशेषज्ञ इसे देश की आंतरिक सुरक्षा के लिए एक बड़ी उपलब्धि मान रहे हैं, लेकिन उनका यह भी मानना है कि इस शांति को स्थायी बनाए रखने के लिए विकास और भरोसे की इस प्रक्रिया को निरंतर जारी रखना आवश्यक होगा।
