इज़राइल-ईरान तनाव: मध्य पूर्व में बढ़ते तनाव और ईरान के हवाई क्षेत्र के अस्थायी रूप से बंद होने के चलते भारत की दो प्रमुख एयरलाइनों-एयर इंडिया और इंडिगो ने उड़ानों के संचालन में बदलाव को लेकर सार्वजनिक एडवाइजरी जारी की है।
एयर इंडिया ने शनिवार को जानकारी दी कि यात्रियों और क्रू की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए कई अंतरराष्ट्रीय उड़ानों के रूट में बदलाव किया गया है। अब ये उड़ानें अपेक्षाकृत लंबे और वैकल्पिक मार्गों से संचालित की जा रही हैं। एयरलाइन ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म ‘एक्स’ पर साझा अपने बयान में कहा, “ईरान और मध्य पूर्व के कुछ हिस्सों में हालात के चलते हवाई क्षेत्र बंद कर दिया गया है। हम यात्रियों की सुरक्षा को प्राथमिकता देते हुए उड़ानों को वैकल्पिक मार्गों से संचालित कर रहे हैं और असुविधा को कम करने के हरसंभव प्रयास कर रहे हैं।”
एयर इंडिया ने दोहराया कि यात्रियों और कर्मचारियों की सुरक्षा उसके लिए सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।
इंडिगो ने भी एक्स पर एक एडवाइजरी जारी कर यात्रियों को सूचित किया कि ईरान और उसके आसपास का हवाई क्षेत्र अभी भी उपलब्ध नहीं है, जिससे कुछ उड़ानों के रूट में बदलाव और संभावित देरी हो सकती है। इंडिगो ने यात्रियों से अपील की है कि वे यात्रा से पहले अपनी फ्लाइट की स्थिति एयरलाइन की वेबसाइट या मोबाइल ऐप पर अवश्य जांचें।
एयरलाइन ने आश्वासन दिया कि उसकी कस्टमर सर्विस टीम फ्लाइट डिले से प्रभावित यात्रियों की हर संभव मदद कर रही है।
दोनों एयरलाइनें वैकल्पिक हवाई मार्गों के जरिए उड़ानों को फिर से संचालित कर रही हैं। इससे यूरोप, खाड़ी देशों और मध्य एशिया के लिए आने-जाने वाली कई उड़ानों की अवधि बढ़ गई है और इनमें 30 मिनट से लेकर कई घंटों तक की देरी हो रही है।
यह एडवाइजरी ऐसे समय पर जारी की गई है जब हालिया क्षेत्रीय तनाव के चलते कई अंतरराष्ट्रीय एयरलाइनों को अपने पारंपरिक मार्ग बदलने पर मजबूर होना पड़ा है।
