The EVP campaign, launched with a compelling audio-visual narrative, focuses on five key pillars—learning opportunities, leadership development, industry exposure, community engagement, and innovation freedom. This announcement follows Jindal Stainless’ remarkable achievement, with revenue soaring from USD 2.4 billion to USD 4.7 billion in just three years. The company credits this exceptional growth not solely to market conditions but to the collective effort, creativity, and dedication of its employees at all levels.

The EVP video, produced in collaboration with Viral Rabbits and Nine Angle Productions, highlights authentic employee experiences—women breaking barriers in manufacturing, young leaders accelerating their careers, innovators exploring AI, and professionals collaborating with global organizations. These stories are paired with visuals from state-of-the-art manufacturing plants and community-driven initiatives, underscoring a theme of both national and global impact.
