मोदी सरकार ने टैक्सपेयर्स को बड़ी राहत देते हुए 12 लाख रुपये तक की आय को पूरी तरह से टैक्स फ्री कर दिया है। वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने अपने बजट भाषण में इसकी घोषणा की। इसके अलावा, सरकार नया टैक्स कानून लाने जा रही है, जिसका विधेयक अगले सप्ताह संसद में पेश किया जाएगा। इस बजट में किसानों, महिलाओं, युवाओं, बुजुर्गों और मिडल क्लास पर खास फोकस किया गया है। वित्त मंत्री ने आईआईटी और मेडिकल कॉलेजों में सीटें बढ़ाने के साथ ही आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस के लिए सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस की स्थापना की भी घोषणा की। आइए जानें बजट की अन्य महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएं:
मुख्य घोषणाएं:
- टैक्स छूट: 12 लाख रुपये तक की आय पर कोई टैक्स नहीं।
- मखाना बोर्ड: बिहार में मखाना बोर्ड का गठन किया जाएगा।
- किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड: लोन सीमा 3 लाख रुपये से बढ़ाकर 5 लाख रुपये की गई।
- फूड टेक्नोलॉजी संस्थान: बिहार में नैशनल इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ फूड टेक्नोलॉजी की स्थापना से खाद्य प्रसंस्करण को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
- IIT विस्तार: 2015 के बाद स्थापित आईआईटीज में इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर बढ़ाकर 6,500 नई सीटें जोड़ी जाएंगी। IIT पटना का विस्तार भी होगा।
- आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस: एआई के लिए सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस की स्थापना हेतु ₹500 करोड़ का बजट।
- स्किल सेंटर: विदेशों के सहयोग से पांच विश्वस्तरीय स्किल सेंटर स्थापित किए जाएंगे।
- बुनियादी ढांचा: राज्यों को 50 वर्षों के लिए ₹1.5 लाख करोड़ का ब्याज मुक्त कर्ज दिया जाएगा।
- मेडिकल शिक्षा: 2025-26 में मेडिकल कॉलेजों और अस्पतालों में 10,000 नई सीटें। अगले पांच वर्षों में इसे बढ़ाकर 75,000 करने का लक्ष्य।
- MSME: निवेश सीमा ढाई गुना और टर्नओवर सीमा दोगुना की गई। महिलाओं और SC/ST वर्ग को बिजनेस शुरू करने पर ₹5 लाख की सहायता।
- उड़ान योजना: 120 नए डेस्टिनेशंस जोड़ने का लक्ष्य, जिससे 4 करोड़ अतिरिक्त यात्रियों को जोड़ा जाएगा।
- परमाणु ऊर्जा: 2047 तक 100 गीगावॉट परमाणु बिजली उत्पादन का लक्ष्य।
- शहरी विकास: ₹1 लाख करोड़ का अर्बन चैलेंज फंड। रचनात्मक पुनर्विकास और स्वच्छता पर जोर।
- स्वास्थ्य: अगले तीन वर्षों में सभी जिला अस्पतालों में डेकेयर कैंसर सेंटर्स स्थापित होंगे।
- टैक्स सुधार: वित्त मंत्री अगले सप्ताह संसद में नया टैक्स विधेयक पेश करेंगी।
- कानूनी सुधार: जनविश्वास 2.0 के तहत 100 पुराने कानून समाप्त किए जाएंगे।
- जीवन रक्षक दवाएं: 36 जीवन रक्षक दवाओं पर कस्टम ड्यूटी हटाई गई। छह अन्य दवाओं पर केवल 6% कस्टम ड्यूटी लागू।
