पुलिस के अनुसार, सैफ अली खान पर हमला चोरी की कोशिश के दौरान हुआ। बांद्रा के डीसीपी ने बताया कि रात 2:30 बजे एक अनजान व्यक्ति घर में घुसा और सैफ अली खान पर चाकू से हमला कर दिया। इसके बाद उन्हें लीलावती अस्पताल ले जाया गया। डीसीपी ने यह भी कहा कि चोटें गंभीर नहीं हैं। हालांकि, अभी तक यह स्पष्ट नहीं हुआ है कि सैफ को चाकू से मारा गया या वे हाथापाई में घायल हुए।
