नई दिल्ली: भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (ISRO) ने अंतरिक्ष में दो सैटेलाइट्स की सफल डॉकिंग कर एक नई उपलब्धि हासिल की है। यह सफलता SpaDeX (स्पेस डॉकिंग एक्सपेरिमेंट) मिशन के तहत मिली है, जिससे भारत अमेरिका, रूस और चीन के बाद यह क्षमता प्रदर्शित करने वाला दुनिया का चौथा देश बन गया है। यह ऐतिहासिक डॉकिंग प्रक्रिया गुरुवार को पूरी की गई। इससे पहले, तकनीकी कारणों से 7 और 9 जनवरी को इसे टालना पड़ा था। 12 जनवरी को ISRO ने परीक्षण के तहत उपग्रहों को 3 मीटर तक करीब लाने और फिर सुरक्षित दूरी पर ले जाने की प्रक्रिया सफलतापूर्वक पूरी की थी।
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने इसरो के वैज्ञानिकों को इस उपलब्धि पर बधाई देते हुए कहा, “इसरो के वैज्ञानिकों और पूरे अंतरिक्ष समुदाय को सैटेलाइट डॉकिंग की सफलता के लिए बधाई। यह भारत के भविष्य के महत्वाकांक्षी अंतरिक्ष मिशनों के लिए एक अहम कदम है।”
ISRO ने SpaDeX मिशन के तहत सैटेलाइट डॉकिंग की प्रक्रिया का चौथा प्रयास किया, जो पूरी तरह सफल रहा। डॉकिंग प्रक्रिया के दौरान वैज्ञानिकों ने सभी चरणों का बारीकी से विश्लेषण किया और इसकी सफलता की पुष्टि की। ISRO के बयान के अनुसार, डॉकिंग के बाद दोनों उपग्रहों को एक ही इकाई के रूप में नियंत्रित करने में सफलता मिली। आने वाले दिनों में उपग्रहों को अलग करने और ऊर्जा हस्तांतरण के परीक्षण किए जाएंगे।
SpaDeX मिशन के तहत सैटेलाइट डॉकिंग प्रक्रिया अत्यधिक चुनौतीपूर्ण थी, क्योंकि अंतरिक्ष में गुरुत्वाकर्षण नहीं होता और उपग्रह तेज गति से परिक्रमा कर रहे होते हैं। इसे समझने के लिए इसे दो तेज गति से चलती गाड़ियों को जोड़ने जैसा माना जा सकता है। इस सफलता के साथ भारत ने अंतरिक्ष में अपनी तकनीकी दक्षता को एक नई ऊंचाई पर पहुंचा दिया है।
