भारतीय रेलवे ने RAC (रिजर्वेशन अगेंस्ट कैंसिलेशन) टिकट पर यात्रा करने वाले यात्रियों की बड़ी समस्या का समाधान कर दिया है। अब RAC टिकट धारकों को भी कंफर्म टिकट यात्रियों की तरह बेडरोल उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। इस नई सुविधा से यात्रियों को यात्रा के दौरान अधिक आराम मिलेगा।
पहले RAC टिकट वाले यात्रियों को एक सीट पर दो लोग सफर करते थे और उन्हें केवल एक बेडरोल दिया जाता था। इससे कई बार असुविधा और विवाद की स्थिति पैदा हो जाती थी। लेकिन अब रेलवे ने यह व्यवस्था की है कि RAC टिकट धारकों को भी पैक्ड बेडरोल मिलेगा, जिसमें दो चादरें, एक कंबल, एक तकिया और एक तौलिया शामिल होगा।
RAC टिकट पर यात्री पूरा किराया देने के बावजूद केवल साइड लोअर की आधी सीट पर सफर करते हैं। एसी कोच में ठंड के कारण बेडरोल न मिलने से यात्रियों को काफी परेशानी होती थी। अब यह सुविधा लागू होने से RAC यात्रियों को बेहतर यात्रा अनुभव मिलेगा।
यात्रा के दौरान RAC टिकट वाले यात्री ठंड के कारण असुविधा का सामना कर रहे थे। कंफर्म टिकट धारकों को जहां कोच अटेंडेंट द्वारा बेडरोल उपलब्ध कराया जाता था, वहीं RAC यात्रियों को इससे वंचित रखा गया था। इन समस्याओं को दूर करने के लिए रेलवे ने यह निर्णय लिया है।
रेलवे की इस नई पहल से यात्रियों को सफर के दौरान आराम और सुविधा सुनिश्चित होगी, जिससे उनकी यात्रा का अनुभव बेहतर होगा।
