नई दिल्ली: भारत में स्टार्टअप क्षेत्र तेजी से प्रगति कर रहा है। वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने शुक्रवार को बताया कि पिछले 11 वर्षों में देश में रजिस्टर्ड स्टार्टअप्स की संख्या 1.76 लाख तक पहुंच गई है। इनमें से 118 स्टार्टअप्स ने यूनिकॉर्न का दर्जा प्राप्त किया है, जिनकी वैल्यूएशन 1 बिलियन डॉलर या उससे अधिक है। वित्त मंत्री ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर कहा, “भारत के युवा स्टार्टअप्स बना रहे हैं और रोजगार के अवसर पैदा कर रहे हैं। यह प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में युवाओं के लिए किए गए प्रयासों का परिणाम है।”
केंद्रीय पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्री हरदीप सिंह पुरी ने भी एक्स पर बताया कि पिछले 11 सालों में देश में 7 नए IIT, 8 नए IIM और 16 नए AIIMS स्थापित किए गए हैं। इसके साथ ही लगभग 490 नए विश्वविद्यालय भी देशभर में बनाए गए हैं ताकि उच्च शिक्षा हर युवा तक पहुंच सके। प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना (PMKVY) के तहत 1.6 करोड़ युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है। वहीं 1.6 लाख स्टार्टअप्स ने 17.6 लाख से अधिक प्रत्यक्ष रोजगार सृजित किए हैं। देश में 30,000 से अधिक व्यावसायिक शिक्षा विद्यालय हैं, जिनमें 30 लाख से ज्यादा छात्र अध्ययनरत हैं।
इसके अलावा, पीएम इंटर्नशिप योजना के तहत शीर्ष 500 कंपनियों में 1 करोड़ युवाओं को इंटर्नशिप के अवसर मिले हैं। स्टार्टअप्स की वित्तीय मदद के लिए सरकार ने क्रेडिट गारंटी स्कीम फॉर स्टार्टअप्स (CGSS) का विस्तार किया है। अब प्रति स्टार्टअप गारंटी कवर की सीमा 10 करोड़ से बढ़ाकर 20 करोड़ रुपये कर दी गई है। 10 करोड़ रुपये तक के लोन पर 85% और 10 करोड़ से अधिक के लोन पर 75% तक की गारंटी दी जाएगी।
यह कदम प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के भारत को नवाचार-आधारित आत्मनिर्भर अर्थव्यवस्था बनाने के विजन को समर्थन देता है। इससे स्टार्टअप्स को रिसर्च, विकास और तकनीक में निवेश के लिए बेहतर फंडिंग और कम जोखिम का अवसर मिलेगा।
